With 30+ years of coaching experience and three decades of advanced study with NASM — earning credentials as a NASM-CPT, NASM-PES, Weight Loss Specialist, Virtual Training Coach, and Nutrition Coach — Nickolas brings unmatched expertise to every client he trains.

He started at 17 inside Bally’s Total Fitness and quickly became known for challenging the status quo. While others followed trends, he built his own system rooted in mobility, stability, and functional strength — long before it became the industry standard.
